Pros: friendly staff, convenient pickup for meds, electric med records and appointment reminders. They take the time to make sure your dog is calm and that anything confusing is explained clearly, regardless of how much time it takes. You are able to come into the building with your dog at exam time. Cons: not many I can think of - you do have to call before entering the building at your appointment time, which feels like a lingering covid policy; however, I can see potential value in doing so (can avoid issues with larger dogs interacting with smaller dogs which entering/exciting, etc.). This process becomes an issue if you have T-Mobile as you won't be able to call when you arrive due to lack of cell signal. P.S. no more T-Mobile for me. :⁠-⁠) Tip: there's a lower entrance (left side of building) and an upper entrance (right side of building). For appointments, park on the left/lower side. For med pickup (or dog drop-off) park on the right/upper side.
